Dance Camps are a favorite summer time event at Joyful Soles They are a wonderful opportunity to improve dancing skills and to cultivate friendships with like minded dancers.
Returning campers... You will notice our camp cost has increased. This is due to a 54% increase in our studio rental fee. I believe Dance Camps are important for our dancers so... To make camps more accessable for all, in past years, I've used dance studio funds to subsidize dance camps. This summer our camp income will need to cover our camp costs. I hope you will join us.

Dance Camps begin each morning with a short Bible lesson and warm-ups. Once our minds and muscles are prepared, we begin dancing. Throughout the week, dancers experience a variety of Dance styles including, but not limited to Ballet, Irish, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop, and Theatre Dance. Afternoons are filled with CRAFTS and more dancing! Thursday to conclude our camp, Dancers present what they’ve learned in a mini “in studio” showcase for Family and Friends.
This summer ALL camps will run from July 21st to 24th (Monday-Thursday) Please see specific camp information below...
Girls:Please wear Black Leotards with an attached skirt or separate wrap, pink tights and pink Ballet shoes. Mornings in the studio are cool so you may wear a shrug or shirt over your leotard. You may also bring Jazz or lightweight Athletic pants to wear over tights for Hip-Hop.
Guys:Please wear Jazz or lightweight Athletic pants, an athletic T-Shirt and black ballet shoes. Mornings in the studio are cool so you may wear a light weight jacket.
All Dancers, Please bring a Water Bottle with your name on it. All campers will need to bring a morning snack. Dancers staying until 3:00 will also need to bring a lunch.

THEATRE CAMPS
Theatre Camps are a Joyful Soles favorite! Our Thespians always enjoy wonderful friendships and produce an amazing musical.
We are doing some major repairs this summer so... Theatre Camps are on hold until Summer of 2025.
In the meantime, please visit our friends at AO1 Theatre. They are great folks and offer lots of summer options!
Students in our Theatre Camp “Audition” 3-4 weeks before camp begins. Actors receive scripts and music as soon as casting is complete. They arrive at camp with lines and music memorized.
We use our Camp time to Direct, Block, Choreograph and Costume our show. Our production is the Friday evening of our last Camp day. All Theatre Camps require a $50 non-refundable deposit to be included with your Registration Forms C/O Joyful Soles Dance, 5609 W. Alder Way, Littleton, CO 80128. This “deposit” insures your place in class.
Information WILL BE AVAILABLE SPRING 2025 Your full camp payment, less your $50 deposit is due no later than your first class day.
